Mendip Business women got Christmas off to a good start at Divas Café at the Black Swan Arts Centre in Frome on December 3rd.
Jane Kitchen of Changepoints led a spirited session on getting through the festive season in fine style, accompanied by outstanding mince pies and mulled wine created by Leah Mercer.
The group pooled its hints and tips for enjoying and getting through Christmas and Jane demonstrated a technique for dealing with difficult people, using a brave volunteer.
There was also a lively discussion on how to change your emotional state, with members adding their own suggestions.
Overall, a thought-provoking and enjoyable session and it will be interesting to hear reports of how the festive season went for those who attended, when we meet again in January for our annual dinner!
